1. How far in advance should I book the transfer service?

You must book at least 24 hrs before either through e-mail, fax or directly calling our office.
We advice you to fill in the reservation form found on our home page in order to provide full
information for your transfer type.

2.The reservation form on the website doesn’t work, how can I send my requests?

 

If the reservation form doesn’t work, please e-mail, fax, or call our office with all the
details of your transfer type.

3.Where do I meet the driver?

 If your transfer is from the airports:

  • the driver will be waiting outside of the customs area,(after you have collected your  luggages).
  • from the cruise port, the driver will be waiting at the dock, in front of the Ship
  • from hotels, the driver will be waiting at the lobby.

Note:For pick-ups from the airports and the ports the driver will have a sign-board,  where the passenger's name will be written. In case you do not seem to find our driver by your arrival time, do not hesitate to call our office. (We are available 24hrs/7 days)

4.How do I pay?

 

You can pay in cash (in Euros) or with credit card directly to the driver by the time you reach your destination.

For credit card payments there will be an additional fee of 10%
on the total amount. Let us know in advance about your preferences.

5.Do the rates include gratuities?

 

Gratuities are not included on the rate; they are at your discretion

6.What are your rates for night service?

 

Night service is from midnight till 5:00 am, for services between the given time there will be 20% additional fee on the original rate.

7.What happens after I had sent the reservation form?

 

After you have sent the reservation, our booking team will analyse the reservation type and would send you immediately the quotes and the necessary information you would have to provide in order to go ahead with the confirmation process.

8.Do you provide confirmation number?

 

No, you will have to print out the confirmation e-mail we will send you, and show it to the driver by the time your arrival.

9..How long does it take to have my confirmation?

 

After you have sent all the necessary information, your reservation will be confirmed within 6-10 hrs time.

10.What is the best time to call your office?

 

You can call our office at any time convenient for you; we are available, 24 hrs/ 7 days.

11.Do you provide transfers between airports?

 

Yes, we provide transfers between airports in Rome, Fiumicino and Ciampino Airport.
